L. Gregory Loomar has been in practice since 1992 and has specialized in the representation of people involved in business acquisitions, sales, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State court and the Federal District court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Loomar's current practice consists of representation of sellers or buyers in all commercial matters including business acquisitions, sales, stock sales and purchases, corporate mergers, franchise transfers, corporate and partnership disputes, real estate transactions, due diligence, business investigation and evaluation, landlord/tenant matters, brokerage disputes and commercial litigation. Mr. Loomar's transactional practice focuses on providing due diligence advice and assisting his clients by providing expertise in business evaluation and confirming all aspects of the transaction
In many of his clients' business and commercial transactions, Mr. Loomar regularly works with many SBA and commercial lenders to structure and confirm necessary financing and has acted as a closing agent and worked with a variety of financial lending institutions including, but not limited to CIT Small Business Lending Corp., Temecula Valley Bank, Comerica, Advantage Bank, Diamond Financial, Horizon Bank, Wachovia Bank and Banco Popular.
