Personal Information

Home City:  Orlando
Home State:  Florida
Place Of Birth:  Columbus, Ohio

Abigail joined The Marks Law Firm in October of 2006 after spending six (6) years advocating for injured clients in both Virginia and Florida.  Since her move to the Central Florida area in 2002, Abigail has worked closely with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and participating in Teen Court.  Additionally, she has actively participated in various capacities with the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida, mentoring students and serving on the Alumni Chapter’s Board.

Abigail is committed to child advocacy and protecting the best interests of minor children.  However, recognizing that conflict, even in families, provides an opportunity to solve problems and seek solutions for each member of a family in crisis, Abigail welcomes the opportunity to come alongside her clients and assist them through the legal process.
