Scott I. Suskauer is a Florida Bar Board Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. Board Certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar for competency and experience as a criminal trial lawyer. He is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which indicates an attorney has reached “the height of professional excellence” and “is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.” Scott has been practicing in West Palm Beach for more than 20 years.

Scott began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for Palm Beach County’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and was the Chief of the Career Criminal Division. He founded The Suskauer Law Firm in 1994. His trial experience includes extensive success in state and federal courts. Scott has handled all types of criminal cases including DUI, Assault and Battery, White Collar Offenses, Fraud, First Degree Murder, Internet Computer Crimes, Extortion, Sex Crimes, Felonies, Misdemeanors, Juvenile Offenses, Drug Trafficking and Violation of Probation.
