Together Kalis and Kleiman have more than 50 years of combined experience and they have participated in thousands of transactions, settlements and trials.

The firm’s continued success and the desire to meet the growing needs of its clients, supported the firm’s initiative to expand its services to clients, businesses, realtors and developers by opening a Central Florida office in Ocala. Neal and Scott created 1st Trust Title—a title company and closing agent that provides title insurance, escrow and other real estate closing services. 1st Trust Title is an approved agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Ticor Title Insurance.

M. Scott Kleiman has practiced law in South Florida since 1986. He has represented business concerns in both the large firm and small firm enviroment, focusing on both the litigation and transactional aspects of real property and commercial law. From 1995-2004, Scott served as a Cooper City Commissioner.
