Passenger Personal Injury Claims

Although passengers aboard a cruise vessel are usually kept unaware of the fact, a 100,000-ton cruise ship is a staggeringly complex piece of machinery. A cruise ship may contain thousands of potential hazards - wet floors, loose handrails and other hazards similar to those found on land. Other passengers or crewmembers may cause injuries, either negligently or intentionally. If a slip and fall happens on a cruise ship, however, there are special issues to consider, from where the case must be litigated to specific injuries unique to cruise line accidents.

The maritime personal injury attorneys at Cassidy & Black have successfully represented numerous clients in maritime and personal injury claims since 1983. We fight hard on behalf of our clients.
