After presenting his Valedictorian speech at graduation, he moved to South Florida to begin his law career.
As a member of the Florida Bar since 1997, Attorney ElDeiry fulfilled his lifelong goal and opened his own law practice in 1998. From 1998 through the end of 2005 Attorney ElDeiry shared office space with several experienced Attorneys in Fort Lauderdale to gain tremendous legal experience. In January of 2006 Attorney ElDeiry and Attorney Steven Rubino merged their respective law practices and formed ElDeiry & Rubino, PLLC. Throughout his career Attorney ElDeiry has represented hundreds of clients in the areas of Bankruptcy, Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Corporate Law, and Personal Injury. After spending more than a decade practicing in a variety of areas of law, Attorney ElDeiry and his firm are actively focusing and expanding their firm’s Personal Injury division.
As a result, the law firm has become very selective about taking certain cases, and actively referring other cases to their firm’s referral network. Since 1997 Attorney ElDeiry has been representing injured clients in matters that involve amusement parks, auto accidents, slip and falls, roll-overs, wrongful deaths and premises liability. His strength includes collaborating with other attorneys to get the best results for his clients. Presently, Attorney ElDeiry handles legal matters that involve Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law, and Personal Injury.
