Description Of Practice

Mr. Solomon's primary area of practice is in bankruptcy representing debtors and creditors in the Southern District of Florida. He also practices in the areas of probate, wills and trusts. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.

Jeffrey Solomon is available to see clients after regular working hours. As a sole practitioner, he personally represents and communicates with his clients during what can often be a stressful time.

Mr. Solomon is "AV Rated" by Martindale-Hubbell. He graduated from Emory University in Atlanta as a Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in the top ten percent of his class. He has lectured and prepared seminar materials for attorneys on the new bankruptcy law.

Jeffrey Solomon has been an attorney in South Florida since 1980. He has had his own law practice since 1988. His offices are in the southern part of Broward County, FL, between Ft.Lauderdale and Miami. 

His main office is in Hollywood, FL, and he has a second office in West Broward at 1000 Stirling Road, Ste. One, Cooper City, FL, 33024.
